• Auto Withdrawal Form We can take your water bill automatically from either your checking or savings account.
• Water Availability Request Form Used for new construction and remodels. This is usually required by Pierce County.
• Leak Adjustment Form Used to request for an adjustment to your water bill after a leak has been repaired at a residential property family home. Please note that only residential properties are eligible for consideration for a leak adjustment. Please call our office at 253-531-9024 for full leak adjustment details and criteria.
• Backflow Test Report Used to report your annual backflow testing.
• Water Quality Report Our annual report to our customers, which contains results of water quality testing.
• Developers Standards for the Construction of Water Main. Our installations or new services in our service area.
